  • To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.

  • Refund Process- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.- Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Exchanges- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
